  This is a family business rather than a big hotel and it is very flexible. I made a last minute booking and accessed one of their studios on my own at midnight without having to checkin at the reception (since there is no reception). This is the second time I stayed there and this time I didn't even have to interact at all with any of the staff. Very conveni - The location is very convenient. Very central so we didn't need taxis but distant enough from the nightclubs (10 minutes walk) so we could sleep at night. The manager is very friendly. Fully functional kitchen. Taxi and buss stop, car/bike/bicycles at the door. Nissi Beach is only 15 minutes walk.

You won't be staying indoors anyway. There is a supermarket just next to it, which makes your life easier .Last but not list, the swimming pool of the Rio Napa complex... what people say » becomes a famous after party club at night, so you can get dunk as hell, and your room can be a few steps away. - Was pretty basic, as I expected. There is an after hours club which was fun. I was with a group of friends for a bachelor party and its was exactly what we wanted, but I don't think I ll ever stay there again.

  Apartments was lovely and very comfortable, a lot of space which is not often in Agia Napa hotels, recently renovated, elegantly furnished and always clean! They are convinient located close to main shopping area in the centre of Agia Napa with best fashion shops very near, it is in a quiet place, so you can sleep with open balcony and don't suff... what people say » er from noise. The sea is in 2 minutes walking, to get to the sandy beach you need to walk about 15 minutes along the sea cost. Really a great choice - Breakfast was very good, apartments are very modern and the double bed just great! Air-conditioning system works perfect, not making noise, cause seems to be very new. Hotel is located in quiet place, although if you walk few minutes, you are in the entertainment center of Agia Napa.

We arrived quite late in the evening, so the owner offered us to stay late the next day at no extra charge.   It was my second time in this place and it was even better then the first stay. First of all I was given the exact room that I asked for via letsbookhotel.com. It was located on the ground floor but NO insects were detected even though territory is surrounded with plants.
