Great value for money. Simple, but clean. Located just next to the bars street, but very quiet. We did not hear any noise from the neighbours either. We arrived quite late in the evening, so the owner offered us to stay late the next day at no extra charge. All in all, very decent for budget conscious travellers. We stayed in three different hotels in Ayia Napa but this one was definitely the best! The staff is really kind, friendly and helpful and also location is great, everything is within walking distance. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook without any problems. I recommend everybody to choose this hotel!.

Excellent Location, great access to the square and main clubs of the area, near to the beach, nice rooms, very clean and tidy, LED TV, Air conditioning, renewed place!. Lakis apartments are close to everything in Ayia Napa : the beach, shopping, night life, ... No one bothers you in the room. The owner is very friendly. location is perfect! the bar downstairs is convenient, breakfast in the bar is really good (you pay in addition). Everything. It's kinda cheap and in the center of the action. The owner is very good person. Very clean, friendly helpful staff. very clean, fully-equipped kitchen. The location of the hotel. near for santer all club. door lock was really weak. could be quite noisy outside. No swimming pool.
