Location was excellent, just 2 minutes away from Napa square. The room was basic, had everything you need for a place like Ayia Napa, a bedroom, a shower and a small kitchen, a/c . You won't be staying indoors anyway. There is a supermarket just next to it, which makes your life easier .Last but not list, the swimming pool of the Rio Napa complex becomes a famous after party club at night, so you can get dunk as hell, and your room can be a few steps away.

I was with a group of friends for a bachelor party and its was exactly what we wanted, but I don't think I ll ever stay there again. For a "one-Night-party-stay" its fine. Location is alright. 10 mins by walk to the strip, 15 to the beach. A good location, right next to the best after party in AYIA napa. Nothing. Only that i only spend 28 euros. Staff tried to help us. NOTHING! Perhaps only the free entrance for the nice pool bar, given to the clients of the "Apartments". I enjoyed the fact that it was close to the heart of aiya napa and the after party event. Nothing. There nothing really to hate about it, you get what you pay for. Were you'll be staing doesn't really matters in Napa, the only thing you would be doing in your apartment is sleeping and eating. 11 euro to be able to use the air condition is plain robbery. And comes on top of the fact that those apartments are really expensive for what they are. (30-40Euro p/p for a night is not ok) There are much better choices in Ayia Napa. Don't expect to get proper sleep! Hundreds of apartments with British teens around! A/C is 12 Euro a day. Actually everything was broken in this apartment but if you consider to stay just for 2 hours sleep it's fine. You did not feel part of something like in a hotel. Dirty sheets No towels No a/c No wifi Disgusting bathroom/toilet No tv. dirty sheet no aircondition drunk people hit our door in midnights. letsbookhotel.com did not place my booking, though i was lucky enough the hotel had an extra room to accommodate me. The room reserved was different from the one given. Close distance apartments are sub-rented to the management of Rio Napa. No towels. Soiled bed sheets. No mirror in the bathroom. Too expensive for the facilities provided. We weren't even given pillows. The room was very basic and scummy. The shower curtain wasnt long enough so the bathroom flooded whenever we had a shower. The fridge was tempremental and the majority of the staff were unfriendly. Generally a very poor experience in this resort. It was horrendous, not fit for animals!.
