This is a family business rather than a big hotel and it is very flexible. I made a last minute booking and accessed one of their studios on my own at midnight without having to checkin at the reception (since there is no reception). This is the second time I stayed there and this time I didn't even have to interact at all with any of the staff. The booking and door access is automated, so I booked, slept, walked to Nissi Beach for a quick swim the next day, took a shower and left. Very conveni.

The location is very convenient. Very central so we didn't need taxis but distant enough from the nightclubs (10 minutes walk) so we could sleep at night. The manager is very friendly. Fully functional kitchen. Taxi and buss stop, car/bike/bicycles at the door. Nissi Beach is only 15 minutes walk. Very good location and very helpful owners - always willing to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Free wifi also was very good. Excellent location, free wifi and friendly owners. There is no reception so we could checkin any time we wanted using a door code. It was very clean and big enough. The owner was very friendly. Jacuzzi was perfect!!. good position, brand new apartments, very kind owner. Perfect location. Free wifi. location. Good location. 20-25 minutes walking to Nissi Beach and 20 minutes walking to nightlife clubs. Once all the apartments are completed, this has very good potential. Would have liked to have the apartment cleaned free of charge on a daily basis as this is also in the best interest for the owner to ensure the apartment is maintained to a good standard. Nothing. Nothing!!. security. The studio was really small and does not look like in the picture. Nissi beach is not 5 minutes walking is about 20 minutes. In general it's ok but expensive.
