  This is a seriously nice hotel It is very old fashioned not for the young a lively lot. It is one for old people and families. It is very basic and breakfast was ok.   the lady at the reception was very friendly. explaining all the options and advantages to us. the appartment we took (#50) was on the ground floor, very spacious, with a big veranda facing the pool. it had a kitchen with all accessories, so we could cook ourselves breakfast from the food bought in the close-by BestBuy supermarket (open till late).... what people say » car parking is not a problem in the hotel or anywhere in Ayia Napa. - These apartments are huge! We had lots of space and it felt very roomy!, The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic it is right on the entrance to sandy bay beach (which is very beautiful), there was wifi which was weak but still accessible, a lovely swimming pool which was always very clean, and a very nice bar and restaurant attached. Rooms refreshed daily and sparkling clean.

  We went these 4 night beginning of saison (10/04). The hotel is 10" walking from the animated city center. It is better like that because Ayia Napa is really a city for party so the center is very noisy. The bar is open late, the barman very sympathic and the drink very cheap ! - It was perfect. It is very clean to the square. A supermarket is near down the street. I will go to this place again next year.
