The staff was very friendly. As far as I understood, the place is run by a family, so most staff belonged to the family. I guess, that causes a different level of care for everything in opposite to hired staff that is doing their job and that's it. Everybody at La Casa was very nice and helpful. The restaurant has some great food! The studios are nice and spacious for the price with fridge, kitchen area and washing machine. The location was great. Friendly staff, good design, good parking, pool, territory. lovely balcony, great location, beautiful territory. Big rooms and balcony. Complimentary wine, water and oranges on arrival. Lovely gardens, free Wi-Fi at cafeteria for residents. Very comfortable parking space. Far from the beach. helpful staff, not always hot water. Uncomfortable beds. Extremely small shower and bathroom. Breakfast options really limited. The rooms were not cleaned before handing them to us. During our stay a lot of ants were found in the room and the manager gave us pest spray to deal with the problem.
