The location was wonderful (on the shore!) and the hotel compound offered lots of privacy. The staff was very helpful.i liked everything, the apatments were like a village and this wasn't something familiar to me!. the pool, the sea and our apartment and some activities that they are schedule during the date. for example clown, cartoons for the chirdren, pool gym etc.

Incredible pools, gardens, beach, architecture. Nice location. Excellent location. Friendly staff, generally. Good choice in supermarket.The service we received from the fandb manager and the front desk wasoutstanding.The towels smell disgusting, no any shampoo in the bathroom, and also no hair-dryer. Lack of information on arrival about trolleys. Having requested late check out one month in advance, we were only given 3 hours notice to vacate the hotel by 12 noon. Reception staff very little accommodating. Consequently had to check into another hotel for the remainder of the day and evening.The room was dirty and generally below an acceptable level for anyhotel. The choice and quality of food was poor. The hotel grounds andfacilities were poor.
