This is a seriously nice hotel It is very old fashioned not for the young a lively lot. It is one for old people and families. It is very basic and breakfast was ok. The rooms were cleaned daily and everything worked more that worth what I paid for it. Very welcoming hotel clean and friendly . We wanted quite and it footed the bill . The breakfast was very good you could have cooked or the was plenty of cereal cold meats and juices plenty of variety of bread. Would stay there again any time.

It was removed from the ugliness of Nissi Beach over the top plastic tourist "attractions". The daughter of the hosts was a magnificiently friendly and helpful host in her own right. The staff were extremely helpful whenever we had any queries or issues. All the facilities were in great condition and very clean. Overall an excellent place to stay. It's the best hotel in Napa!!! We had an excellent stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of staying in the area. Was all ok. Furniture were old but everything was ok. free WIFI at reception; free AC and fridge in room. Friendly staff, close to the Nisi beach, quietly. I knew the location was away from the beach. I didn't like that the route to the beach wasn't lit up and very dark rather dangerous not really the hotels fault but a concern none the less. We didn't stay long enough. Internet only in the lobby of the hotel. WiFi not available throughout the hotel. No wi-fi on the room. If you don't have a car it's a long way from the beach. location - a bit far from sea, the path to the sea and to the centre of Ayia Napa is not illuminated in the evenings. long enough to walk to the city center 35 minutes, small minus: Wi-Fi in numbers is absent - but is on a reception.
