The apartments were very roomy and high ceilinged so even when it was very hot the apartment was cool. A small paradise close to Pissouri and Pissouri beach, the best beach we have seen by far. Very relaxed atmosphere with good restaurants but yet not overdeveloped. Location: ideal for those who are looking for some peace and quiet; in walking distance to the nice sandy and pebble beach of Pissouri Bay, where you can have a swim the whole year round;

We spent nice time in Kotzias appartements in June 2013. It is a good combination of price and facilities for the rest. It is not luxurious place but you will have all you need for your vacations. The perfect location at about 100 meters from the beach. The owner can provide you with the opportunity to rent a car and call taxi.

The view is indeed amazing, but that's just the icing on the cake. The entire hotel is just lovely, very nicely decorated, the rooms (or at least the one we stayed in) were huge, with a very nice bathroom and well equiped kitchen. The view from our balcony was spectacular.

The restaurant and the food (evening and breakfast) is outstanding! Around 10mins drive to the beach and also very well located for excursions to Troodos and Paphos.
