Not recommended for party people, I mean if you want to party at the room ... But they are ok with visitors ... My room had a pool view, so it was the best location ...   I had a great time while staying at Loutsiana. I was warmly greeted by a British lady whose name currently escapes me (sorry) and I have nothing negative to say about my stay. The nearest sandy beach is a seven-minute walk from the hotel, alternatively there is a regular bus that takes you to Nissi Beach or Agia Napa proper. The hotel has a good pool in a green enclosed area, a cafè/restaurant/cocktail bar and even a supermarket/souvenir shop, whe - We visited Loutsiana II Hotel Apartments as a group of 6 adults and one child. Staff of the hotel was very friendly and helpful during our whole stay. Apartments were clean and well maintained, air conditioning and wireless Internet connection were working without any problems. Breakfasts at the hotel were tasty, there was a possibility to choose different types of meals from the menu or during some days a buffet breakfasts were available.   Apartments was lovely and very comfortable, a lot of space which is not often in Agia Napa hotels, recently renovated, elegantly furnished and always clean! They are convinient located close to main shopping area in the centre of Agia Napa with best fashion shops very near, it is in a quiet place, so you can sleep with open balcony and don't suff... what people say » er from noise. The sea is in 2 minutes walking, to get to the sandy beach you need to walk about 15 minutes along the sea cost. Really a great choice - Breakfast was very good, apartments are very modern and the double bed just great! Air-conditioning system works perfect, not making noise, cause seems to be very new. Hotel is located in quiet place, although if you walk few minutes, you are in the entertainment center of Agia Napa.

  It was my second time in this place and it was even better then the first stay. First of all I was given the exact room that I asked for via letsbookhotel.com. It was located on the ground floor but NO insects were detected even though territory is surrounded with plants.
