It’s a 5-minute drive and it has excellent shopping and nightlife. The famous Macronissos Beach is just a 10-minute walk from Loutsiana Deluxe Apts and the biggest water park in Ayia Napa is a 5-minute walk away.

I had a great time while staying at Loutsiana. I was warmly greeted by a British lady whose name currently escapes me (sorry) and I have nothing negative to say about my stay. The nearest sandy beach is a seven-minute walk from the hotel, alternatively there is a regular bus that takes you to Nissi Beach or Agia Napa proper. I had a rental car, so my life was even easier. The hotel has a good pool in a green enclosed area, a cafè/restaurant/cocktail bar and even a supermarket/souvenir shop, whe.

We visited Loutsiana II Hotel Apartments as a group of 6 adults and one child. Staff of the hotel was very friendly and helpful during our whole stay. Apartments were clean and well maintained, air conditioning and wireless Internet connection were working without any problems. Breakfasts at the hotel were tasty, there was a possibility to choose different types of meals from the menu or during some days a buffet breakfasts were available. Location of the hotel is close to very nice Makronissos. I thought the whole complex was fantastic. Appts were very modern, clean and finished to a high standard. Everywhere was very clean, swimming pool area, reception, restaurant area. The food was very good and reasonably priced. We only stayed for 1 night but will definitely be going back. It was really close to the place where my friends wedding was. Isn't in the heart of town so its quiet, but there's a bus that stops right in front and costs 1 Euro and takes you to town (7mins) Mini supermarket right in front. Nice pool. Our stay there was just perfect!Very clean, nice garden around the pool, especially in the night when it was lighting with green and red colours!!Polite and smiling staff, near Makronisos beach .......and so more. It is very close (5 minutes drive) to the entertainment center of Agia Napa but also away from all the noise and crowd. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel. We had a very pleasent stay in this apartment. Recommened. Staff were friendly Very clean Nice pool. comfort good kitchen. Great pool, good to have supermarket on site, close to waterpark. Swimming in the swimming pool after sunset is forbidden. N/a. Cleaning staff would knock on your door at 9am Pool was closed from 8pm until 9:30am - I miss having a late swim. I did not like the way they have put our towels outside the door( in plastic bags down on the floor) in order to take them and put the dirty ones in. nothing. Only missed the coffee maker, and had some trouble with ants. Be careful, do not leave bread and food on the kitchen counter. A bit holidaycampish, theme nights etc. Extras all cost, so it does add up. Location not in town or on beach.
