I have stayed in many 'apartment hotels' and Frixos goes there with the best of them, for me. Location was nice and quiet with balcony views of the pool/sea. Staff was very friendly and helpful, advising where to get something to eat after midnight, etc. Rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. Breakfast had everything I wanted/needed. Wi-Fi work

A very clean and modernly decorated hotel. Staff and owners were absolutely fantastic. At least one owner was always around to help and provide tips/info for the area. Besides the normal pool there is one small for kids. Both were cleaned daily. This hotel should be a benchmark on how hotels should be run. I will definately visit it again.
The area is quiet and great for families but there are places for all type of guests. With a car 3/5 of Cyprus are only 20-40 minutes away including Ayia Nap

We liked everything about this place! The exceptionally high standard of
service, the beautiful and spacious apartments, fitted with the latest
and best tvs, fridges, cooker, etc; the polite and extremely helpful
staff, the lovely pool and spa facilities and, very much appreciated,
the private walkway to the beach. We will definitely choose to stay at
the Olympic Residences when we return to Cyprus.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν υπέροχο με θαυμάσια θέα, ήταν πεντακάθαρο και πολυ ζεστο για της κρύες νύχτες του χειμώνα. Το τζάκι ήταν τέλειο και μας έδωσαν ξύλα χορις να χρειαστή να τα αγοράσουμε. Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ εξηπηρετικό και ότι χρειαστήκαμε μας εξηπηρέτισαν αμέσως γιατί έχουμε πολύ μικρά παιδάκια. Πραγματικά θα ξαναπάμε γιατί περάσαμε τέλεια.

Exceptionally clean and comfortable hotel with superb breakfast. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom (with shower) was outstanding. The hotel is in an Ideal location and was excellent value for money - we will definitely stay at this hotel on our visit to Larnaca in 2014. Staff were extremely friendly - an asset to management!

We visited Loutsiana II Hotel Apartments as a group of 6 adults and one child. Staff of the hotel was very friendly and helpful during our whole stay. Apartments were clean and well maintained, air conditioning and wireless Internet connection were working without any problems. We made a round trip in Cyprus. Among all other good hotels this one was the best. It locates in a lovely and quiet part of the city center, just 15 minutes walk from the old town. The room was clean, nice and spacious. The staff was very kind and helpful by providing us with the useful information about the sightseeing. Really good value for the money.
