  The hotel was situated in a great location, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would like to thank Anna the English lady who worked at reception who I really valued and Helen another English lady who I met during breakfast was really lovely. As it was not high season (February) the services were almost none and the twin hotel was in full renovation So I dont put the highest mark because we cant use the other services.   Great hotel to stay in, lovely room and very clean. Great breakfast buffet, grest selection of foods. Lovely outdoor facilities and beach area. Pool bar looked very nice too. Reception is very helpful and a great shop for gifts, souvenirs, sweets etc. We didn't experience the restaurant food but did get room service food and it was great. I like everything here - the behaviour of staff, front desk, tasty half board and cozy room (with TV and Czech channel CT24 I may not forget...).
