The staff were very helpful and made us welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were of good size and towels and bedding changed on a regular basis. even the cleaner was polite and friendly. I would have no hesitation booking the palms again. really enjoyed our stay.
The staff were fantastic. It was more like a family rather than business. Totally enjoyed my stay here. All facilities were true to what they mentioned while booking. Would definitely stay here once more.tous commentaires

aircondition was broken when arrived and waited 4 hours till they fix it.. very small bath.. not so good location little hard to find, small refrigerator, balcony viewed the street, few channels on tv.
