The staff were very helpful and made us welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were of good size and towels and bedding changed on a regular basis. even the cleaner was polite and friendly. I would have no hesitation booking the palms again. really enjoyed our stay. The staff were fantastic. It was more like a family rather than business. Totally enjoyed my stay here. All facilities were true to what they mentioned while booking. Would definitely stay here once more.

They gave us early checkin as well as room upgrade to bigger room. the staff were amazing.the location is great.very nice place to spend a vacation.i really recommend it to all. the stuff was so helpfull & friendly , the rooms was so clean & its location was good , we enjoy. quiet area though its close to tourist area! the staff was really friendly very nice decoration. Exquisite courtesy of the staff and the balcony from where to rest looking the sun. The Palms Apartments is a lovely hotel. Clean and comfortable with a great staff. comfortable bed, nice decoration, friendly staff, changed sheets and towels often. Its my second time staying at the Palms, modern apartments,great location. Did not dislike anything. Maybe for the price of the rooms, breakfast could be included. nothing. the internet didn't work at rooms, probably a temporary net problem. Nothing. aircondition was broken when arrived and waited 4 hours till they fix it.. very small bath.. not so good location little hard to find, small refrigerator, balcony viewed the street, few channels on tv.
