  Excellent value for money, stayed in a one bedroom apartment that was lovely! Air con was free with a €10 deposit which was returned when remote was so was a bonus as it worked really well especially in early September. Easy to find from the highway. The hotel provides hairdryers, irons etc for a small deposit. Restaurant menu is excellent & very good value for money. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends. Ideal for everyone of all ages.

  Trés bonne nourriture et trés variees et contacte avec personel très sympatique - Pour 37 euros /nuit, hors saison avec une voiture , il n'y a pas mieux!! l'hôtel a un peu vieilli mais nickel propre .Préférer les chambresaux 1er étage ,énorme terrasse .Acces internet wifi gratuit .

  I had a great time while staying at Loutsiana. I was warmly greeted by a British lady whose name currently escapes me (sorry) and I have nothing negative to say about my stay. The nearest sandy beach is a seven-minute walk from the hotel, alternatively there is a regular bus that takes you to Nissi Beach or Agia Napa proper. The hotel has a good pool in a green enclosed area, a cafè/restaurant/cocktail bar and even a supermarket/souvenir shop, whe - We visited Loutsiana II Hotel Apartments as a group of 6 adults and one child. Staff of the hotel was very friendly and helpful during our whole stay. Apartments were clean and well maintained, air conditioning and wireless Internet connection were working without any problems. Breakfasts at the hotel were tasty, there was a possibility to choose different types of meals from the menu or during some days a buffet breakfasts were available.   We went these 4 night beginning of saison (10/04). The hotel is 10" walking from the animated city center. It is better like that because Ayia Napa is really a city for party so the center is very noisy. The bar is open late, the barman very sympathic and the drink very cheap ! - It was perfect.
