Excellent value for money, stayed in a one bedroom apartment that was lovely!
Air con was free with a €10 deposit which was returned when remote was so was a bonus as it worked really well especially in early September.

Excellent location within walking distance of the bars & shops, free parking, clean & modern hotel. Easy to find from the highway. The hotel provides hairdryers, irons etc for a small deposit. Restaurant menu is excellent & very good value for money. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends. Ideal for everyone of all ages.

We visited Loutsiana II Hotel Apartments as a group of 6 adults and one child. Staff of the hotel was very friendly and helpful during our whole stay. Apartments were clean and well maintained, air conditioning and wireless Internet connection were working without any problems. Breakfasts at the hotel were tasty, there was a possibility to choose different types of meals from the menu or during some days a buffet breakfasts were available. As it was not high season (February) the services were almost none and the twin hotel was in full renovation So I dont put the highest mark because we cant use the other services.

10" walking from the animated city center. It is better like that
because Ayia Napa is really a city for party so the center is very

Really nice staff, always ready to help. The apartment was always clean, towels and bed sheets regularly changed.
Perfect position as it was close to everything.
