There was a wide variety of activities offered each day for free that kept you active even if you decided to never leave the resort. My favorite feature was the free water taps throughout the resort where you could fill up your water bottle for free!

Superbly located within a beautiful mountain village. The hotel's premises are very nicely decorated internally and externally. The rooms are fully air-conditioned and some of them have a fire-place which is an excellent idea for the cold winter nights. We found Palates to be the best value for money of anywhere we stayed on Cyprus. Many of the accoutrements of a luxury hotel without the price. A lovely, friendly staff; fabulous views; excellent food; and authentic farming village.
