That it is away from the tourist part of Limassol - all staff are well trained, kind and reacting very well, speaking in good English. The room was wide enough and very comfortable. there was nothing to complain to condition of the room.

The staff were very helpful and made us welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were of good size and towels and bedding changed on a regular basis. even the cleaner was polite and friendly. I would have no hesitation booking the palms again. really enjoyed our stay. -

The feeling of the hotel and surrounding building same as back to 1980's . The interior of the hotel not very moden , but over all are clean and comfortable . Very nice room, with comfortable mattress and very spacious bathroom. Also the hotel was very quiet, no excessive noise from other bedrooms or corridors.
We also used the facilities of hotel which were considered very satisfactory.

My wife and I stayed there on the occasion of my wife’s birthday. When the hotel discovered this they left a complimentary bottle of champagne in our room, a very nice touch. The staff were very friendly and attentive and the facilities were fantastic. The breakfast in the morning was outstanding and we will definitely be staying there again.
