Staff at the reception were very polite and willing to assist us for any requests. Very nice room, with comfortable mattress and very spacious bathroom. Also the hotel was very quiet, no excessive noise from other bedrooms or corridors. We also used the facilities of hotel which were considered very satisfactory. I definitely recommend this hotel since I stayed in other 5 stars hotels and this one is by far the best.

My wife and I stayed there on the occasion of my wife’s birthday. When the hotel discovered this they left a complimentary bottle of champagne in our room, a very nice touch. The staff were very friendly and attentive and the facilities were fantastic. The breakfast in the morning was outstanding and we will definitely be staying there again. The hotel is very welcoming and service is fantastic! Very comfortable room, nice indoor pool and good breakfast selection. A few little touches have been much appreciated as well. Overall, great experiene. Very beautiful and cosy Hotel, with wonderful design and amazing comfortable rooms! It is ideal place for families with kids, with good location in the very center of Limassol and high-class SPA service!. We visit Limassol a lot and the staff are excellent here, nothing is too much trouble. Best hotel in the area. Go, even for drinks or dinner, there is always a happy hour, drinks half price ..shhh. Service was excellent, facilities were out of this world, the friendliness of the staff was incredible. Food was excellent couldn't ask for better. Very good hotel with high level of service. Staff treat guests with very high rate of attention. Good spa with different variations of procedures. Everything was perfect!!! The facilities, the room and the staff were all super!! It is for sure the best hotel on the island!!!!!. I sumply love everything,the decoration for Christmas was exselen. An amazing hotel, amazing staff the most great service ever. None. I am being very picky here - just a few very minor things: not enough plugs / sockets in the room; pastries for breakfast weren't fresh at all. I also find the lower ground floor construction of the hotel slightly 'odd' as it blocks sea view etc. Bit if a free for all at the breakfast buffet! Struggled to get seats. Room cleanliness could be handled more thoroughly. Low wifi connection in the hotel, mostly impossible to use it in business purposes- need to be improved.
