Swimming pool #1 is closed from Sat 01 Nov 2025 until Tue 31 Mar 2026 A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. The price includes 400 kWh of electricity use per week. All electricity consumption beyond this is charged at EUR 0. 50 per kWh. Please note that housekeeping and linen changes are included in the price. Additional cleaning services are available upon request at an additional charge. Please note that 1 baby cot and 1 high chair can be provided free. Any additional baby cot or high chair is available upon request for an additional charge. Please note that unauthorised early check-ins and unauthorised late check-outs will incur an additional charge of EUR 50. This includes leaving luggage at the property without prior permission.
