Cheap hotel in high season to stay in Agia Napa. Barbara and Andreas are very friendly big plus. Barbara makes excellent coffee in the morning :). The place was very budged friendly and the staff was very helpful. the enviroment,the appartment was comfortable,the pool,the music.

Location is perfect, walking distance from Nissi beach, the harbor and nightlife... Bus station located in front of the hotel Friendly staff. Reasonable prices, close to Nissi beach, close to the center but still far enough to be able to get some sleep. clean, good location, pool, helpful receptionist. Low budget room in high season. We didn't like anything at all. -There is ants in the room -7euros extra for AC and there is only in the bedroom not in the living area. It wasn't very comfortable because the air conditioning did not cool down the entire room. Cleanliness ants in the floor,torn sheets,dirty curtains and walls,old beds,one aircondition instead of two and it was expensive. No AC in the living room. House keeping only once evry 4 days or so Best if you take ur own towels coz theirs are pretty used up. Aircon not included in the price, not very clean, toilet stinked, trash under the bed. nothing, stayed there only one night though. The room was full of ants and the door wouldn't close very well so it was very easy to open from the outside. Carina hotel are full of lies .When we arrived in the hotel ,the receptionist said to as that they were full and that they are moving us to an another hotel .These 2 hotels have no relation one to another .. we paid 50euros ,he wanted also extra 7euros per day to open the aircondition .. the 2nd hotel was dirty . we didn't got a receipt for any transaction in Ayia Napa . The place is for just drunk-teens that have thousands of money to spent on stupid things .
