This hotel like an apartments, very cheap, very clean and everithing is lowly but ok, and I very glad to stay there for this money. This is like a gift. Good swimming pool, nice view, big balcony, nice territory. Warning: reception open from 14.00 till 22.00. The locatin is rathe good - 15 min to Nissi beach, and very quietly (not near road or in the centre, where every time is noisily). You will have a good rest stay in thus hotel, but..... maybe hotel with meals is better.

За 15 евро/ночь - считаю отличный вариант, чтобы переночевать. Basic accomodation , perfect budget hotel for season , very quiet and peaceful.would go back. Calm. No one bother you. cost, close to nissi ave. Great accomodation for partying and location. If you are looking for luxury look elsewhere. Good location, 10 min walk to Nissi beach, 15 min to Ayia Napa nightlife. It was cheap and near to the beach. Pool and the view from balcony. Insects. front desk not available all the time. not very clean, somitimes no hot water. Hostel feeling, dirty old buildings, no hot water, no microwave. It was not very clean. lack of consumables in shop, nearest shop too far away.
