  We went these 4 night beginning of saison (10/04). The hotel is 10" walking from the animated city center. It is better like that because Ayia Napa is really a city for party so the center is very noisy. The bar is open late, the barman very sympathic and the drink very cheap ! - It was perfect. Air con was free with a €10 deposit which was returned when remote was so was a bonus as it worked really well especially in early September.   Location was excellent, just 2 minutes away from Napa square. The room was basic, had everything you need for a place like Ayia Napa, a bedroom, a shower and a small kitchen, a/c . You won't be staying indoors anyway. There is an after hours club which was fun. I was with a group of friends for a bachelor party and its was exactly what we wanted, but I don't think I ll ever stay there again.
