Air con was free with a €10 deposit which was returned when remote was so was a bonus as it worked really well especially in early September.   I had a great time while staying at Loutsiana. I was warmly greeted by a British lady whose name currently escapes me (sorry) and I have nothing negative to say about my stay. The nearest sandy beach is a seven-minute walk from the hotel, alternatively there is a regular bus that takes you to Nissi Beach or Agia Napa proper. The hotel has a good pool in a green enclosed area, a cafè/restaurant/cocktail bar and even a supermarket/souvenir shop, whe - We visited Loutsiana II Hotel Apartments as a group of 6 adults and one child. Staff of the hotel was very friendly and helpful during our whole stay. Apartments were clean and well maintained, air conditioning and wireless Internet connection were working without any problems. Breakfasts at the hotel were tasty, there was a possibility to choose different types of meals from the menu or during some days a buffet breakfasts were available.   The staff were so lovely and our room was cleaned everyday! The balconies were so useful and made each night really enjoyable as well as a great pool and bar with happy hour! The location was great- close to the beach and supermarkets as well as great walking distance from the clubs yet far enough for it not to be too noisy if you didn't want to b... was die leute sagen » e involved in all the hectic nightlife! I would highly recommend alexia and would stay there again! - The staff and owner are so friendly and always there 24/7 to help with anything. The room is cleaned every day and towels/sheets replaced. The pool is great and the location is the best you could have. About 1min from the harbour and main beach (Limanaki) and 5 min from the main square where all the clubs/bars are. Would highly recommend this place and will definitely be back for more great times in 2014.

As it was not high season (February) the services were almost none and the twin hotel was in full renovation So I dont put the highest mark because we cant use the other services.   We went these 4 night beginning of saison (10/04). The hotel is 10" walking from the animated city center. It is better like that because Ayia Napa is really a city for party so the center is very noisy. The bar is open late, the barman very sympathic and the drink very cheap ! - It was perfect.
