  Excellent view and scenery from the balcony, its hard to tell from the pictures at times, but I was more than impressed with the Ambelikos. Me and my girlfriend explored the mountains far and wide with Ambelikos as our base. Recomend to anyone! We stayed "off-season" and it was very quiet, including the wonderful swimming pool, which I expect to be a little crowded during the summer. The very kind staff took some time to explain every service available with its price, so we couldn't have any surprises. Undoubtedly great value for the money we spent.

As it was not high season (February) the services were almost none and the twin hotel was in full renovation So I dont put the highest mark because we cant use the other services.   Very nice and helpful staff. The breakfast was ok (but no fresh fruit). The swimming pool is great! I had an apartment with pool view and was able to see the sea in the distance.   What a beautiful resort, the apartments are fabulous, really big with everything you could need and the pool is lovely. We were surprised that there was a 24 hr reception which was really handy and the staff were really helpful and attentive.   The place in general was fair enough. We were intitally worried with reading some bad reviews. We expected nothing. So what we got sounded good to us. The music and the bar attached were good. Also 2 restaurants in the neighborhood are worth a visit, Korfu and Mandra Tavern. - Price, location (it is pretty quiet place), nice bar
