The villa was beautiful, fixtures and fittings excellent, plenty of towels, wonderful welcome pack of food and wine. The owners were so kind and helpful. We were there for my son's wedding and they brought us a cake and homemade pastries for breakfast on the wedding morning while my son was staying. Everything was brilliant. They were so kind. It was the perfect place to stay.

guests. Mr. George guided me from the first moment of booking with
helpful instructions and advises wrt arrival, transportation, shopping,
rent a car etc. Moreover he picked me up from main bus station and

Highly recommend a stay at Nikis house! Lovely welcoming owners, and very willing to help. The house is a beautifully renovated traditional Cypriot house fully fitted with modern amenities. Very comfy and clean room, good size comfortable bed, sofa and large tv, and there was free wifi available. New bathroom and kitchenette fitted. The inner court yard is beautifully kept, perfect for relaxing in the sun. Good location only a 5 min drive to central Limassol and the sea front.

The villa was lovely and had everything we needed. The private pools were wonderful, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. The location was great with a beach nearby and a fantastic beach only a five minute drive away. The owners were amazing and they gave so many helpful suggestions of nearby places to visit, supermarkets, and restaurants to try.

Above all, the helpfulness of the staff, and particularly the manager. I hadn't expected much contact, as the accommodation is self-catering apartments, but there was always someone available to help and advise - even when I arrived at 1:00am after a delayed flight. Staff were friendly, they upgraded us to the panoramic view room and the view was very nice. The location was perfect, it wasn't crowded but also not too far from the shops and restaurants.
