The owner George, from whom we had been contacted well in advanced via email, gave an excellent comprehensive list with all the details regarding the arrival, contact details, surroundings, items included in apartment's kitchen and bedrooms, even details about local groceries and emergency doctors. So, arrival couldn't be smoother! Excellent approach for non-locals, especially when you haven't been in Chlorakas before. On arrival day, George phoned us and told us he would be waiting for our car.
todos opiniões » The best thing I liked is attitude of manager of the resorts towards guests. Mr. George guided me from the first moment of booking with helpful instructions and advises wrt arrival, transportation, shopping, rent a car etc. Moreover he picked me up from main bus station and provided some food, fruits, vine and refreshments at arrival day free of charge. He was available on a mobile phone all the time if I might have to ask for something. Apartment is a new, fully furnished, spacious 3 bedrooms,. Very helpful and friendly owners who even arranged car hire for us and met us on arrival. Our luggage did not arrive and the owner took many phone calls on our behalf to ensure that they arrived at the apartment. Fridge was stocked with some basics and wine for us to enjoy. A spacious,clean apartment with everything one needs for self catering. Good air conditioning throughout and wifi. Best kept secret was the swimming pool in the complex. The exceptional out of the way service by the owner . George and his father, Mr. Elias. They were so courteous and wonderful to converse with. The house makes you feel like home. Water and wine in the fridge. Washing powder to Dish washing liquid in the kitchen. Fresh towels, extra towels and clean bedspreads. Spacious and convenient to get in and out towards the city and its outskirts. If there had been a "more than excellent" option in here, I would have checked it for sure. This is most probably the best place we have stayed at in Cyprus. George (the owner) knows how to do business, so I do recommend this place to everybody going to Paphos. The owners were extremely helpful and friendly. Many thanks to Elias! The apartment is new, spacious, clean and well equipped. Good location, 2 min drive to the sea, 5 min into paphos centre. We had a wonderful time staying there. Very excellent apartments. Warm and nice owners. Everything was great. We recommend Melania Gardens for anyone who wanting to relax very well,. Everything was perfect!!! Very friendly and helpful owners!!! I recommend it. I will definitely go again. Everything was great. Very nice people. We really can recommend the flat. Home from home great Internet connection. Quality of bedding (linen-mattress) could be better, but I guess these are individual preferences. Other than that, very pleased with the apartment.
