  Everything was perfect, very quite, clean, and warm. Mr Kyriakos and Mrs Evgenia welcomed us with their best wishes for a pleasand stay and even offered us a cup of coffee.also I like the way they contact their customers (telephone/email) instead of knocking on their door which I find sometimes annoying. The house is a beautifully renovated traditional Cypriot house fully fitted with modern amenities. Very comfy and clean room, good size comfortable bed, sofa and large tv, and there was free wifi available. New bathroom and kitchenette fitted. The inner court yard is beautifully kept, perfect for relaxing in the sun. Good location only a 5 min drive to central Limassol and the sea front.

  I have stayed in many 'apartment hotels' and Frixos goes there with the best of them, for me. Location was nice and quiet with balcony views of the pool/sea. Staff was very friendly and helpful, advising where to get something to eat after midnight, etc. Rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. Breakfast had everything I wanted/needed. Hotel even kept my luggage in storage for two days I was away in the middle of my stay - and they were waiting fo - A very clean and modernly decorated hotel. Staff and owners were absolutely fantastic. At least one owner was always around to help and provide tips/info for the area. Besides the normal pool there is one small for kids. Both were cleaned daily. This hotel should be a benchmark on how hotels should be run. I will definately visit it again. The area is quiet and great for families but there are places for all type of guests. With a car 3/5 of Cyprus are only 20-40 minutes away including Ayia Nap

  Everything was just perfect. The apartment was spacious - living room with the kitchen + bedroom. Plus a big balcony. The view, all around a beautiful bay, was breath taking, just amazing! The combination of the sea view, especially the sunset, and the palm trees surrounding the garden of the pool area was unbelievable!   Excellent view and scenery from the balcony, its hard to tell from the pictures at times, but I was more than impressed with the Ambelikos. Me and my girlfriend explored the mountains far and wide with Ambelikos as our base. Recomend to anyone!   Το δωμάτιο ήταν υπέροχο με θαυμάσια θέα, ήταν πεντακάθαρο και πολυ ζεστο για της κρύες νύχτες του χειμώνα. Το τζάκι ήταν τέλειο και μας έδωσαν ξύλα χορις να χρειαστή να τα αγοράσουμε. Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ εξηπηρετικό και ότι χρειαστήκαμε μας εξηπηρέτισαν αμέσως γιατί έχουμε πολύ μικρά παιδάκια. Πραγματικά θα ξαναπάμε γιατί περάσαμε τέλεια.

  I had a great time while staying at Loutsiana. I was warmly greeted by a British lady whose name currently escapes me (sorry) and I have nothing negative to say about my stay. The nearest sandy beach is a seven-minute walk from the hotel, alternatively there is a regular bus that takes you to Nissi Beach or Agia Napa proper. The hotel has a good pool in a green enclosed area, a cafè/restaurant/cocktail bar and even a supermarket/souvenir shop, whe - We visited Loutsiana II Hotel Apartments as a group of 6 adults and one child. Staff of the hotel was very friendly and helpful during our whole stay. Apartments were clean and well maintained, air conditioning and wireless Internet connection were working without any problems. Breakfasts at the hotel were tasty, there was a possibility to choose different types of meals from the menu or during some days a buffet breakfasts were available. Location of the hotel is close to very nice Makronissos
