close to the beach, shops and restaurants spacious rooms with fully equiped kitchenette

as it is located in the centre of Protaras and close to the pubs, it could be quite noisy at night to sleep with open windows (with closed windows it's ok). quite clean but could be better

The location was perfect for the centre of Protaras and even so it was sill quiet. Good value for money. Protaras is a great place to have a holiday as the beach is super and the restaurants and bars are plentiful and good value for money also.

upon arrival there was an amount due(140euro) that we have informed that will be paid on cash and supposed they got a note for that. after check in they charged our visa card without at least ask and when we asked them to void transaction or to return the money and give them the cash the manager of the hotel did not accept that and did not accept to speak with us. must be more carefully

Hotel is basic but good value for money and an excellent location which was important for us.

No air conditioning in the living area so the apartment got very hot during the day and evening. As the children were sleeping in the living room, they had to come into the bedroom for half an hour prior to going to bed to allow the room to cool slightly.

Pool with clean water. The apartment is spacious and the hotel is right in the center, 4 minutes away from Fig Tree Beach.

The furniture should be replace with something more modern.

Very good location for those who didn't want use the car: close to the beach, a lot of restaurants just nearby, supermarket. Also, there is very good beach for children: yellow sand, shallow sea. The people at the reception are very attentive and friendly.

very dirty place, ants everywhere in the room, spiders, small cockroaches in the bathroom area, dirty brown water running for 5 minutes in the bath tub - noisy cleaning ladies - needs urgently renovation

It was dirty. When we tried to clean ourselves, we were told off by the cleaning staff and the manager. The water coming out of the faucette was yellow/brown. Air condition did not work in the living room, only in the bedroom.
