Very clean, well kept apartments. Owners, Mario and his wife are very warm and welcoming. A short walk to center of Perivolia to eat local food and warm greetings by the locals.
Good value for money. Very nice stuff, friendly and helpful, ready to serve every odd request of a guest (asked for a wrench to fix my bicycle and the hotel owner provided me with it!). Beautiful place to stay, a quiet village which is a bit apart from major touristic places, very good possibility to enjoy rural Cyprus ;) Would like to return there some day.
A bit far from the sea (you'll have to make a long walk or a short drive, however the property has a swimming pool), water in the shower is not always running steadily, Internet actually available not in all of the apartments. Anyway, a good value for money.

When balcony door left open, airplanes noise at night make it difficult to sleep. Things would be better if you use ac and close the door.

Friendly atmosphere. Clean and well equipped apartment. I appreciated being met at the airport when I arrived late at night and the welcome pack of provisions which had been left for me as it was Easter and the shops were closed for three days after my arrival. Other guests were regular customers who had been staying at Marios for holidays over a period of several years. They praised the family for their hospitality and said they intended to continue returning in the future which I fully intend to do myself. I am a pensioner and was staying alone and I would highly recommend this as an ideal holiday for anyone in a similar position.

Unfortunately the swimming pool was under construction but will be lovely when finished.
