Tycoon Apartments is located in Yermasoyia Resort, a few minutes' walk from the beach, shops, restaurants and nightlife. Facilities include a pool and a garden with open-air bar, and rooms with balcony. Free Wi-Fi is available in the entire property.
The spacious studios and apartments have a kitchenette with fridge and facilities for tea and coffee making. Each contains a large living room with 1 or 2 sofas that can convert to beds, as well as a flat-screen TV with USB port.

Замечательный персонал. Можно просто спустится вниз в бар, взять пинту сидра (или не взять) и просто поболтать с кем-нибудь, с каждым всегда есть о чем поговорить и они очень дружелюбные. Бар кстати классный, делают коктейли, и всегда когда могут показывают футбол (чемпионат Англии при мне показывали, все матчи). Если есть какие-то проблемы в номере (у нас они были, надо сказать, и несколько), если им сказать об этом - они сразу пойдут за тобой и все исправят.

It has been the best. Trip I had ever been on and the tycoon was no exception I would recommend this place to anybody.if you love entertainment and friendly staff the tycoon is the place.I had a real good Thom doing karaoke it was sad to go ......
The apartment was clean, organized and big.The apartment was cleaned every day.It was situated near the beach, restaurants,discos,grocerie store, had a nice pool, bar and friendly atmosphere.The staff were friendly and almost familylike.

We were at Tycoon Apartments for 7 days. To sum up I can say it was really OK and we had good holidays there.
Now more detail: Room was not bad, it was quite clean, they provided clean towels. Also they clean floors, bathroom everyday. It has all kitchen accessories needed to make your self a breakfast. You can buy breakfast from them, it's ~5-6EUR. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Location and surroundings: There is a small parking lot in front of hotel for your car. Hotel is located 100-200me.

The location is the only thing I liked about this budget hotel.
До пляжа достаточно далеко. Не новая мебель. Слабый напор воды в ванной. Платный кондиционер.
Это не для людей, которые привыкли к роскоши, отелям 5*, это не место для семей с детьми - вы будете разочарованы, вам лучше поискать что-то другое. Это место для компании друзей, здесь, может быть, не самая комфортная мебель, но здесь дешево, молодой и веселый персонал и все делается легко и непринужденно.

Towels and bedding is changed 1-2 times per week I believe. But maybe it's normal in apartments.
i didn't like the cleaning and the bar that is down and the noice that people they doing in nights.
Unclean rooms/apartments, very old and dusty furniture, and unhelpful staff.
For the same rate I found better hotels with cleaner and more comfortable rooms/apartments in the same area of Limassol.
