This was a beautiful, spacious, comfortable, well equipped and spotlessly clean apartment with a huge covered balcony and two bathrooms. There is a hotel standard lift to save struggling with cases. The welcome could not have been friendlier. Parking was easy in a dedicated area opposite the apartment block. It was an easy 10 minute walk to the promenade area with a delicious bakers which sells all you might need for breakfast less than 5 minutes walk away. One bedroom has a king size bed with .

The owner is extremely friendly and helpful and there is a lift to the 4th floor,which saves carrying heavy cases upstairs.The apartment was huge,well equipped and spotlessly clean. The large bed was very comfortable and the covered balcony was lovely to sit out on for breakfast.There is also free wi fi.The whole place was very quiet at night and we never heard a sound.Also free par. We enjoyed our short holiday in Larnaca and liked the stay at Mesogios House Suites. Although it was a bit difficult to find the place first time, the location is good and close to the city center. We liked the facilities. The rooms are spacy and newly renovated. The kitchen is cozy and you will find there everything for some cooking. We liked the balcony very much where we had our breakfast. However, after 8:00 am it becomes very hot and an umbrella or another type of cover would be good. I was simply "blown away" as soon as I opened the door to my appartment as it exceeded my expectations. The traditional cypriot sweet that Stavri had prepared for me as a welcome just made me feel at home and it reflected her warm freindly nature. I used Larnaca as a base for exploring the rest of Cyprus and Mesogios was in an Ideal location. It is only a few minutes walk away from the Beach with its Primary Intercity Bus stop with connections to the other areas of Cyprus and the Airport, the many Restaurants and the Centre of Larnaca with its many shops. The 24Hr Bakery on the Main road is well worth a visit! The owners where very helpfull. The suite is perfect, big and very clean. The furniture is very comfortable and new. We felt completly at home. The owner (in charge) is very friendly and very helpful. The location is great just few minutes walk to the City. It is really a wonderful and great place and we would go back there for sure. We would like just to suggest to have different tv chanels other than Cypriot.. Mesogios house suites lived up to all expectations! The apartment we stayed in was furnished beautifully. The apartment was clean and spacious and decked out with all mod cons. Wi fi was good and free of charge. Sea view from balcony and an easy 5-8 minute walk into the town or the beach. This is the place to stay in Larnaca if you're luck enough to snag one of the four luxury apartments. Great location in an upscale tree lines street just blocks away from the beach, restaurants and bars. The owner could not have been kinder or more helpful. An exceptional lady. First was the owner Stavri who was so very friendly & helpful before an during our stay. Second is the place is immaculate when it comes to be clean. Very spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. We had suite 402 on the top floor which gave us a great view of the sea. The apartment was very clean and furniture and fittings are new. The owner was very friendly and couldn't do enough for us to make our stay good Security was excellent. Walking distance to the promenade, beach,restaurants and public transport. dogs barking all round the area during the day almost constantly but at least quiet at night.Also lot of football noise on Friday nights which is both noisy and annoying but stopped at 11pm so not a major issue. The AC is a bit loud and has some lights built in. In the night it gives a lot of light so you have to cover it with a blanket. Some fresh simple flowers would fit the living room much better than artificial flowers. Nothing! If I had to say something, the blinds in the bedroom did not block out the light so if you are not a morning person you might be waking earlier than expected. It had a nice wide screen TV, but mostly everything was local channels. So if you don't understand Greek the TV isn't very entertaining. They need to get a satelite dish like all the other homes in the neighborhood. Nothing.
