It is the best location in Ayia-Napa. You are in the center - all the shops if you need to buy anything are just here, bars and clubs - 5 minuts walk, but if you dont want to go there it is quiet at night, so you will sleep good, and the sea and harbor and central beach of Ayia-Napa also 5 minuts. All apartment are new and clean and cozy and there is everything for you to feel like home and enjoy your holidays. We had great holidays and sure will recomend it for all our friends.todos opiniões

Good location. Spacious rooms. Good equipment.
Smell in apartment probably due to fridge being turned off in between rentals.. Lots of light bulbs not working. No FREE wifi..?? Air con in one bedroom not working properly - only blowing warm air even at lowest setting. Expected better for price paid.
Periodic lack of hot water in the morning and evening. The absence of a change of underwear. Lack of cleaning apartments. Lack of full access Wi-Fi.
