the lady at the reception was very friendly. explaining all the options and advantages to us.
the appartment we took (#50) was on the ground floor, very spacious, with a big veranda facing the pool. it had a kitchen with all accessories, so we could cook ourselves breakfast from the food bought in the close-by BestBuy supermarket (open till late). car parking is not a problem in the hotel or anywhere in Ayia Napa.todos opiniões
These apartments are huge! We had lots of space and it felt very roomy!,
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic it
is right on the entrance to sandy bay beach (which is very beautiful),
there was wifi which was weak but still accessible, a lovely swimming
pool which was always very clean, and a very nice bar and restaurant
attached. Rooms refreshed daily and sparkling clean.
Very good location (10 minutes to the beach and 15-20 minutes to the
city centre with clubs), very friendly staff, good prices in the hotel
bar (2,5 euro for a drink), nice pool, clean.
All was good - exactly the place we wanted to stay! And wish to come again.

Apartments were OK, location is quite fine, just outside the center but in walkable distance, just like the the beach. Small pool with sun beds was also nice, as well as the balcony area.

Furniture is a bit oldish, but that's common in budget hotels in Cyprus.
Aircon is extra cost. But was 100% worth the money as September nights were quite hot.
The rooms were very dated but you can see this from the pictures, the
beds were a little uncomfortable for our liking, the worst thing for us
was that we felt it very spooky which made us feel very uncomfortable,
and because of this we will not stay again. The were ants but this is a
common problem in Cyprus and is expected wherever you stay.
We had ants in our rooms... Air cond was only in the bedroom.
The airconditioner worked badly and we had to pay for it in addition to the price of the hotel.
There is an additional charge for air conditioning of 8 EUR per day. As it is only available in the bedroom, it makes any stay in the other apartment room virtually impossible because of the heat. Staff didn't care much. There were some ants in the rooms.
