  Everything was just perfect. The apartment was spacious - living room with the kitchen + bedroom. Plus a big balcony. The view, all around a beautiful bay, was breath taking, just amazing! The combination of the sea view, especially the sunset, and the palm trees surrounding the garden of the pool area was unbelievable! You could hear the waves as... wat mensen zeggen » you fell asleep. An excellent location. I enjoyed the sunset and the waves rocking the rocky beach. They have a beautiful garden, giving the place su - Everything was good and we will miss it so much, specially Mario who was very friendly and funny...the breakfast was very good and for the money we paid it was worth it and more. We booked a bigger room cause the normal ones where all booked, everything was working good. We had a nice terasse with the sea at our feat and we felt like kings..To put it easier this place gives you very good value for the money you pay. I recommend to all our room 105, but also the rooms around us with the same vie

  I had a great time while staying at Loutsiana. I was warmly greeted by a British lady whose name currently escapes me (sorry) and I have nothing negative to say about my stay. The nearest sandy beach is a seven-minute walk from the hotel, alternatively there is a regular bus that takes you to Nissi Beach or Agia Napa proper. I had a rental car, so... wat mensen zeggen » my life was even easier. The hotel has a good pool in a green enclosed area, a cafè/restaurant/cocktail bar and even a supermarket/souvenir shop, whe - We visited Loutsiana II Hotel Apartments as a group of 6 adults and one child. Staff of the hotel was very friendly and helpful during our whole stay. Apartments were clean and well maintained, air conditioning and wireless Internet connection were working without any problems. Breakfasts at the hotel were tasty, there was a possibility to choose different types of meals from the menu or during some days a buffet breakfasts were available. Location of the hotel is close to very nice Makronissos

  The place in general was fair enough. We were intitally worried with reading some bad reviews. We expected nothing. So what we got sounded good to us. The music and the bar attached were good. Also 2 restaurants in the neighborhood are worth a visit, Korfu and Mandra Tavern. - Price, location (it is pretty quiet place), nice bar
