  Everything was just perfect. The apartment was spacious - living room with the kitchen + bedroom. Plus a big balcony. The view, all around a beautiful bay, was breath taking, just amazing! The combination of the sea view, especially the sunset, and the palm trees surrounding the garden of the pool area was unbelievable! You could hear the waves as... wat mensen zeggen » you fell asleep. An excellent location. I enjoyed the sunset and the waves rocking the rocky beach. They have a beautiful garden, giving the place su - Everything was good and we will miss it so much, specially Mario who was very friendly and funny...the breakfast was very good and for the money we paid it was worth it and more. We booked a bigger room cause the normal ones where all booked, everything was working good. We had a nice terasse with the sea at our feat and we felt like kings..To put it easier this place gives you very good value for the money you pay. I recommend to all our room 105, but also the rooms around us with the same vie

  The staff was really nice and always helpful (thanks for everything!). The service, the cleaning was perfect. All the apartments have see view with balcony, the AC works really good. Although it was a little bit far from the city centre, bus 30 (which goes to the centre) has a stop right in front of the building. Shops, bakery are very close. Limmasol: Wine festival (in the beginning of September) was very good, for 6,5 € you could taste a lot of wine for free a - Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were clean, well maintained and comfortable. Great ventilation when needed and efficient air- conditioning. Free wifi in lobby with reasonable connection speeds. Great sea views from balcony and rooms which outweighed any road noise. Close to various restaurants bars and clubs, and Sigma bakery:-)) Across the road from beach, promenade and local bus stop. I would definitely stay here again.

  I had a great time while staying at Loutsiana. I was warmly greeted by a British lady whose name currently escapes me (sorry) and I have nothing negative to say about my stay. The nearest sandy beach is a seven-minute walk from the hotel, alternatively there is a regular bus that takes you to Nissi Beach or Agia Napa proper. The hotel has a good pool in a green enclosed area, a cafè/restaurant/cocktail bar and even a supermarket/souvenir shop, whe - We visited Loutsiana II Hotel Apartments as a group of 6 adults and one child. Staff of the hotel was very friendly and helpful during our whole stay. Apartments were clean and well maintained, air conditioning and wireless Internet connection were working without any problems. Breakfasts at the hotel were tasty, there was a possibility to choose different types of meals from the menu or during some days a buffet breakfasts were available. Location of the hotel is close to very nice Makronissos

  It was like a home from home. We were made to feel like members of the family, openly welcomed at all times by Fitos and wife Kiki, they were so helpful. Fitos is an excellent host, natural entertain er and excellent chef. Francis (waiter, barman, commis chef) could not do enough for you. The Shelley family. - Very special hotel - really local guest house. Quite location, but close to any business and leisure sites. Nice, polite and very kind staff.   The staff was very friendly. As far as I understood, the place is run by a family, so most staff belonged to the family. I guess, that causes a different level of care for everything in opposite to hired staff that is doing their job and that's it. Everybody at La Casa was very nice and helpful.   Το δωμάτιο ήταν υπέροχο με θαυμάσια θέα, ήταν πεντακάθαρο και πολυ ζεστο για της κρύες νύχτες του χειμώνα. Το τζάκι ήταν τέλειο και μας έδωσαν ξύλα χορις να χρειαστή να τα αγοράσουμε. Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ εξηπηρετικό και ότι χρειαστήκαμε μας εξηπηρέτισαν αμέσως γιατί έχουμε πολύ μικρά παιδάκια. Πραγματικά θα ξαναπάμε γιατί περάσαμε τέλεια.
