Very nice, clean studio apartments, well equipped kitchen for simple cooking, great view from the balcony, staff very helpful and friendly. The bus goes frequently to Paphos, there's a supermarket 300 meters away with food, souvenirs etc. The rooms are spacey and comfortable - beds were good as well. We would definitely recommend this hotel. This is a high standard, really attractive, well located place to stay; we loved it. Don't be put off by the term "studio" - ours was a great size with big bathroom, lounge with 2 sofas, 2 flatscreen TVs, kitchenette and big double bedroom. Staff were friendly and helpful. Everywhere is clean and the pool is lovely with fantastic views (although may be packed out during peak season). It's on a bus route with easy, quick & cheap access to Paphos Harb. I have being in more than 100+ hotels in the last few years and I must admit that Theo was one of the best places I have been. Its position gives you easy access to the main City and also you can easily go to Coral Bay. Also Golf resorts, zoo and other facilities are really close to it. Althought it was a last minute reservation, we did the reservation at 23:30 the day before we go, all rooms were ready even before check in time. I surely recommend it both to couples or families with kids. My f. We stayed there for 5 days in June, had a seaview apartment which was absolutely amazing, huge living room, comfortable bedroom, satellite TV, well equipped kitchen (toaster, grill machine, frigde, plates, cutleries, glasses etc.). Comfortable beds, clean and smartly furnished room with excellent services 24/7. Breakfast is all-you-can-eat full english plus fresh fruit, cereals, yoghurts etc. simply all you can imagine for a breakfast. Not mentioning great coffe and hot chocolate they´ve got. We are indeed happy and more than satisfied and will be looking forward for coming again as soon as possible ;). The Theo sunset is in a great location and good value for money. Transportation links are easy using the local bus service. The staff at Theo sunset are excellent; in particular the bar staff. There is a small spa on site, which is excellent and reasonably priced. The hotel was perfect for us with our 4 year old. The pool was a good size, although a little cold, with a baby pool on the side. The views are out of this world. The apt was a perfect size and very clean. It really is family friendly. The towels were very shabby, old and almost grey in color , looked as if dirty NO WIFI in the rooms! Breakfasts basic if not disappointing. you will be more happy if you are a Russian speaker as everyone spoke in Russian to me all the time which was amusing in the beginning but soon became annoying, as I dont speak that language at all and I didnt feel like explaining this to the same staff every single day. I chose this hotel having filtered by "beach/seaside". It's not. If you're looking for a decent beach within a few minutes walk then this isn't for you. However, if you want to stay somewhere lovely that's a cut above other Paphos hotels and are prepared to catch a bus (<10mins to Coral Bay or 15mins to Paphos Harbour) or brave the heat for a walk then it's ideal. Nothing I guess. Everything was perfect. That we only stayed for 7 nights :(. bath and toilet are too close to each other towels need to be changed. I didnt think much of the breakfast.
