  We stayed at the hotel for just one night during a short trip to the capital of Cyprus. The hotel location is good: a cozy, quiet area, the center of Nicosia is about 20 minutes ' walk away. The view from the window was nice: the Turkish part of the city and the foothills . In general, we sen great respects to designers - th - The hotel was perfect! We could not believe one can stay at such a place for this price. The hotel can easily be considered 4-star or something like that. Without asking, we were given the executive "Zebra" room which was very nice, clean, large and stylish, zebras everywhere. The staff is super nice and friendly, breakfast is good and everything was perfect. There is even free snacks/fruits bar available 24 hours (a thing you rarely see in hotels), nice lobby/saloon, maps stand etc, everything

  Had a very lovely stay in the studio in Nicosia suites. Nicely designed and spacious accomodation with cooking area and attention to details. Big supermarket just 50 metres away and a lot of parking spaces nearby. They have a small and rivate gym downstairs. Well located and easy to find in Nicosia. - There was a supermarket nearby.   Excellent location for the business sector of Nicosia. Nicely laid out with outside seating area although not much of interest to look at whilst sitting.   Good value. Responsive staff. Front desk open 24 hours every day. Large room. Comfortable furniture & bed. Warm enough in winter (even snowed briefly one day). Convenient to have kitchenette. Close walking to 2 good supermarkets. Close walking to U. Cyprus where I had activities. Overall quite satisfied. - excellent staff. although it was not supposed to be clean everyday, I simply asked at the reception and the room was cleaned. I also kindly asked for a 7 hours extension f my stay (the flight was at 9pm!) and it was granted for free. Very good WiFi, high-speed elevators , nice view from the room to the university (new building). The rooms (studios) offer a perfect environment for work. Definitely I will stay again during my next visits.

  This was a business trip for me which sometimes is very hard being a women on her own, I was made to feel very welcome encouraged to come down to the bar for a drink pre dinner.   The hotel rooms were fantastic and the staff really friendly and helpful. They made our stay at the hotel so special. I was celebrating my birthday and they recognised this by playing and singing happy birthday at breakfast and presented me with a huge cake.   The convenience of the hotel.. The breakfast was first class. Swimming pool was in the same catagory but a bit of oil on one of the doors would have given the super luxry status as did they squeak. No soap in the showers but the towels were jaust as they should be - As a repeater guest I was recognized and warmly welcomed.
