Location was easy to find and very convenient for our trip. One bed was great. Spacious, clean, and added benefits such as hairdryer, iron, microwave etc were very much appreciated. I would recommend these apartments to anyone. They're great value for money.

clean, comfortable, independent, low cost.
The apartment is good, it is very basic but had everything we needed, including an oven, washing machine, large fridge and microwave. Very quiet at night and the bed was very good. It is half an hour walk to the city.

The studio needs some minor improvements to bring it to the same standard as the one-bed.
perhaps the location but on the other hand I am not familiar with Nicosia.
The car park is underneath the building, and was very dark and dusty with trash lying around. I did not feel very safe parking my car there after dark.
The shower was warm which was good, but could have more pressure.
Bed needs replacing. Sheets old, pillows awful. Parking not good if you have anything but a minute car. Very noisy other tenants. Needs a very good clean.
