The apartments are in a great location, just a couple of minutes walk to the beach. The staff have tons of local knowledge and are happy to recommend restaurants etc. The rooms are kept clean and the kitchens are small, but functional. The 24 hour mini-mart is really useful to have downstairs too. Cafe Reloaded is just across the road, and they do very good coffee! The intercity bus stop (buses to Nicosia/Limassol) and a taxi office are both nearby if you want to travel.

I stayed alone in appartment with separated living- and bedroom for one week in September. There is enough space in the room even for two people. Free Wifi in rooms. Nice kitchen, big refritgerator and freezer. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Great location: near the beach, city center, restaurants, bus stop, tourist info office etc. I felt comfortable and safe in this hotel. The hotel is perfectly located near Finikoudes Beach, all the restaurants and shops. Clean and pleasant place where we stayed for one night before our early morning flight. The staff upgraded our room from double one to apartment for free. Efficient air conditioner in both rooms. The kitchen did not have a lot of equipment, but when we asked for it we got wine glasses from the bar. It's very close to the centre and to the beaches, the Staff is always helpful and available 24 hr, there's a very useful Minimarket close to the Reception, the room / apartment is comfortable. The wi-fi is free and work also in the room. Frances, the manager, was most accomodating. The gentleman managing the night shift was not and even put us in a less than satisfactory studio when we booked a one bedroom unit. Frances got that rectified the next morning. Excellent location. Comfortable, large space. Larnaca recommendation: The tourist office is offering free guided walks each Wednesday and Friday and free bus trip to the Lefkara village Saturday. good quality for good price, the hotel is located by one of the most noises street, but you have close shops, restaurants, clubs and beach. The staff on reception is very friendly and helpfull. Because it's on the main road to the Marina / beach front, you can get a bit of traffic noise. No coffeemaker or cafetiere in the kitchen. Maybe available in reception, I did not ask. Exploring the kitchen we found out that is poor equipped with utensils. Lack of knives, chopping board, wooden spoon, ladle, etc. Have in mind if you plan to use the kitchen. The noise from busy street will make keep the windows closed during the night. nothing. Small niggle - the lights, especially in the bathroom, are very dim. The only light in the bathroom was the one above the mirror. The balcony was too small to be used. My only suggestion is that it should be great to place the safety box inside the room, because the current room close to the Reception is not very comfortable for this purpose. This is not the type of an accomodation "with a view". The street side studios have a lot of traffic noise. The kitchen could be better equipped. very poor kitchen equipment.
