  The Neptune is currently undergoing an upgrade to the apartments, Bella who was on duty when we arrived upgraded us to one of the newly refurbished rooms without any prompting which was a lovely gesture at no extra expense. We have stayed here once before and the changes to the new rooms is really well thought out and to a very good standard. Would recomm - Thank you for a lovely holiday, always felt welcome nothing was too much trouble. Would definately recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

  The children who are 15 and 7 loved the water slides, lazy river, and swimming pools. This hotel is especially, good for families, with food and drinks always available. The food was well cooked and very varied. Management were happy to help at anytime and to tend to any problems.   I should have written this earlier...but better late than never!!...Me and my boyfriend stayed here last September and had the most relaxing and fantastic holiday ever. The Villa is fabulous and so private.
