Dit appartementencomplex wordt door een familie beheerd en bevindt zich in Ayia Napa, op minder dan 500 meter van restaurants en bars. Het zandstrand van Limanaki ligt 2 km verderop. Het biedt accommodaties met eigen kookgelegenheid en een balkon met uitzicht op de tuin of de omgeving.
De eenvoudig ingerichte studio's en appartementen beschikken over een eigen badkamer met een douche en een keuken of een kitchenette met een koelkast en keukengerei. Het appartement heeft daarnaast ook een zithoek en een eethoek.
De havenstad Larnaca ligt op zo'n 40 km en de hoofdstad Nicosia op ruim 80 km afstand. Het personeel bij de receptie kan een huurauto voor u regelen, zodat u bijvoorbeeld Cape Greco en het strand van Fig Tree kunt bezoeken. Beide bevinden zich op zo'n 10 minuten rijafstand. Er is gratis privéparkeergelegenheid bij de accommodatie aanwezig.

Christothea apartment is the place for accommodation in Ayia Napa. The Staff is Very friendly. Air conditioning is available. The room is very very clean and quite simple. It is very clean to the square. A supermarket is near down the street. I will go to this place again next year. The staff offered towels but you must take with you soap and shampoo.alle beoordelingen
Really nice staff, always ready to help. The apartment was always clean, towels and bed sheets regularly changed.
Perfect position as it was close to everything.
Air conditioning is also available for just 7 euro a day, which was great!.
good location, quiet place, but walking distance to busy center and beach, loads of parking place, staff very friendly, the owner lady gave us fresh fruits, simple but spacous and clean room, good value for money.
The apartment is comfortable, inside there is all that you need. You have a full kitchen with all the components for cooking, a bathroom with shower, beds, various furniture, fridge and various towels.
If you are a tourist who came to the hotel just for sleeping, this apartment is an ideal variant. Everything you need at a good price.
very quiet place but not far from the beach, friendly staff, very clean and quite spacious studios with fully equiped kichenette.
Very close to the Square Street and even to the beach. . The owner is very helpful and nice !! They offer towels. ..
I loved the wildlife in the hotel. Not often i can enjoy watching cockroaches wandering around while being on the toilet, or hunting ants as i want to go to sleep.
Or even the fact that the water running from the sink was more brown than your average coca cola.

There's no wifi.
Payment was a bit confusing, as letsbookhotel.com says 10 % of the price were taken alredy and you need to pay the rest 90 % on arrival. in reality you pay the total amount on arrival, and dont pay anything when booking.
No internet access.
Unfortunately, there is not the wi fi and the cost of the air conditioner is 7 € per day.
I will not recommend this apartment for families with small children, as the surroundings are very noisy (many night clubs).
note that air conditioner is for additional charge (7euros per day). However, our room had 3 windows and a balcony and there was ok to sleep without conditioner.
There was no soap no tv no wifi...a studio with no services like a real hotel. . But for the budget we paid it was great cos we used it just for shower and sleep.. we highly recommend it! But don't forget your shower stuff...
