Delphi is the perfect budget hotel. With 40 € I had a room with good quality bed and mattress, flat screen TV and a good fridge. Also all the usual things: a small office, closet, a balcony with good view etc. Bathroom and toilet immaculately clean. Kind people the proprietor and the nice lady at the reception. A few steps from Ledras street, easy access to Northern Cypress;
Staff was extremely helpful and nice to us;
Close to a community parking lot;
City center is within walking distance where we could find restaurants, points of interest, post office, etc.
The location is perfect to visit the old town/center of Nicosia,
very helpful at the reception, nearby parking only costs a few euros
depending how long you stay, we stayed only one night as we were on a
car trip through Cyprus...

I would def' recommend this hotel. It's ideal as it's close to Ledra Street for North crossing, and for the buses to south.
Excellent location right by the bus station. Lovely staff and room quite satisfactory. Would certainly stay again. Free parking - right out of hotel and towards Paphos Gate. 10 mins walk back.

Staff were really helpful,great location a good basic hotel in a major city.If i went back to Nicosia i would stay there again.

Very close to the bus station, and there is a kiosk where you can get Cypriot coffee for breakfast.

Personal choice,the bed and pillows were a little hard for me,woke with up with a stiff neck.But it would not stop me from staying there again,the great staff make up for any minor short falls.
