Firstly we were given an upgraded room, which was great, but it caused some confusion in double booking but that was immediately sorted out, and as an apology we were offered a free buffet dinner. Despite the fact that it was the middle of the season and only a couple of days prior to our trip they were very kind and understanding to give me time to sort it out. Other places would have just given the room away to anybody else. (And it's a popular place, very close to the sea so I'm sure that there was quite a high demand for a room like ours)
