  Gentilezza dello staff. - The Neptune is currently undergoing an upgrade to the apartments, Bella who was on duty when we arrived upgraded us to one of the newly refurbished rooms without any prompting which was a lovely gesture at no extra expense. We have stayed here once before and the changes to the new rooms is really well thought out and to... cosa dice la gente » a very good standard. Costa is as usual his ever effervescent self and along with Bella are fantastic members of staff for the owner Stavros to be able to rely on. Would recomm - Thank you for a lovely holiday, always felt welcome nothing was too much trouble. Would definately recommend this hotel and would stay here again.
