I made a last minute booking and accessed one of their studios on my own at midnight without having to checkin at the reception (since there is no reception). This is the second time I stayed there and this time I didn't even have to interact at all with any of the staff. Fully functional kitchen. Taxi and buss stop, car/bike/bicycles at the door. Nissi Beach is only 15 minutes walk.

Hotel is located in quiet place, although if you walk few minutes, you are in the entertainment center of Agia Napa.
