I made a last minute booking and accessed one of their studios on my own at midnight without having to checkin at the reception (since there is no reception). Breakfast was very good, apartments are very modern and the double bed just great! Air-conditioning system works perfect, not making noise, cause seems to be very new. Hotel is located in quiet place, although if you walk few minutes, you are in the entertainment center of Agia Napa.

Great value for money. Simple, but clean. Located just next to the bars street, but very quiet. We did not hear any noise from the neighbours either. We arrived quite late in the evening, so the owner offered us to stay late the next day at no extra charge. All in all, very decent for budget conscious travellers. -

It was located on the ground floor but NO insects were detected even though territory is surrounded with plants. Cleaning was everyday, towels were changed even more often then I expected.
