We had a 4 nights stay at this incredible property. Mrs. Zoe- the owner- is a very welcoming, friendly and helpful host. The welcome gift consisting of a bottle of very nice wine and a ball of fruits was highly appreciated.

Location - 8 min walking from quiet and beautiful beach. Sun beds are available for free at Sofroniou's restaurant - same as full, tasty breakfast! We felt more guests than customers: mid-night arrival or late departure were absolutely not a problem, also having breakfast at 2pm.
Room very nice, clean and quiet. Building is very new and decorated in an artistic way (no swimming pool, but gym is on its way).

The view is indeed amazing, but that's just the icing on the cake. The entire hotel is just lovely, very nicely decorated, the rooms (or at least the one we stayed in) were huge, with a very nice bathroom and well equiped kitchen. The view from our balcony was spectacular.

Very nice owners/staff!!! The rooms are clean and modern with everything you need! View from the balkony and restaurant ist amazing. The restaurant and the food (evening and breakfast) is outstanding! Around 10mins drive to the beach and also very well located for excursions to Troodos and Paphos. The perfect location if you want to escape the main tourist areas, to see the "real" Cyprus!

Highly recommend a stay at Nikis house! Lovely welcoming owners, and very willing to help. The house is a beautifully renovated traditional Cypriot house fully fitted with modern amenities. Very comfy and clean room, good size comfortable bed, sofa and large tv, and there was free wifi available. New bathroom and kitchenette fitted. The inner court yard is beautifully kept, perfect for relaxing in the sun. Good location only a 5 min drive to central Limassol and the sea front.

We travel a lot and see many hotels or apartments, but this was really excellent! The apartment has everything and really nice decorated. The owner is so hospitality, she showed us all places. Great value for money. Simple, but clean. Located just next to the bars street, but very quiet. We did not hear any noise from the neighbours either. We arrived quite late in the evening, so the owner offered us to stay late the next day at no extra charge. All in all, very decent for budget conscious travellers. -

The villa was lovely and had everything we needed. The private pools were wonderful, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. The location was great with a beach nearby and a fantastic beach only a five minute drive away. The owners were amazing and they gave so many helpful suggestions of nearby places to visit, supermarkets, and restaurants to try.

Above all, the helpfulness of the staff, and particularly the manager. I hadn't expected much contact, as the accommodation is self-catering apartments, but there was always someone available to help and advise - even when I arrived at 1:00am after a delayed flight. The apartments are basic, but scrupulously clean, bright, airy and very spacious.

This hotel is suitable for those who don't want to be tied to the regime of work of the dining room. There are all opportunities for self-cooking. Nothing good underground free toilet, you can change clothes and take a shower with fresh water. For those who don't like wet and dark sand on the nearby beach has to walk 10-15 min to the beach just East, where there is an area with warm and dry sand
