Great price/quality. We were a family of 4 people staying for 3 nights in Protaras. The 1 bedroom apartment had fully equipped kitchen with all required appliances, and some basic things like salt, pepper, dishwashing power. Pretty spacious, had also nice veranda and enough parking place for the car. Location is good for the price offered. Close to the main street, to small shops and restaurants and short walk from the beach. Not the first line in the beach, but hence the cheap price. The owner. tous commentaires
Overall the apartment exceeded our expectations. A lovely recently decorated place tucked away off the main street (so no pub/club noise all night). It was easy to find and is only a 5 min walk from all the amenities and the beach. If staying in Protaras again we would definitely book here again!!.
Lovely modern and comfortable apartments overlooking the sea. 5 minute walk to beach and 5 minute walk to resort centre. Apartments are modern and spotlessly clean. Owners are excellent - very helpful and friendly. We hope to return as we were very impressed.
Modern design appartments great location, perfect facilities, spotlessly clean, 2 mins from beach, everything you need within walking distance, can not find any faults.
Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay at a great place.
excellent location, 5 min walking from the best beach of Protaras and 5 min walking to the main road with all reastaurant couldnt be better.
Location of the apartment is very central yet calm, and very near to the beach.
The apartment has sea view and its modern and clean.
Excellent location!
Comfortable & equipped apartment!

Helpful-communicative contact person.
nice and modern apartments, very good location, quite area, very close to the sea.
Very nice and modern apartment, great bed. Perfect working wifi.
Good location, good apartment.
Sofa beds in the living room were a bit uncomfortable and as an advise some thin matrasses to put on top would really help.
Nothing.
n/a.
washing machine missing, however owner was very nice to offer to wash our laundry. No Iron available, Bathroom very tiny.
absence of the swimming pool.
Kitchen lacked equipment, such as knifes and a working water-heater.
Directions there were terrrible. Took two hours to find it. All the owners need to put under directions are: Once on the Protaras one way system, take the first left after McDonalds, then take the first road left at the bottom and the apartments are directly in front of you.
